Custom Software Development
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You shall not misuse our software for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription-based services will be billed monthly/annually.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
All content, features, and software developed or provided by IBIT Software Company remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly stated in the contract.
We take reasonable steps to protect your data.
We will not sell or share your information with third parties without consent.
Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software.
Source code ownership remains with IBIT unless otherwise agreed.
Free support is provided for a specified period post-deployment.
Maintenance and updates may be provided under a separate agreement.
IBIT Software Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, all outstanding dues must be cleared.
Access to software may be revoked upon termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dhaka jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
